Skinny Dip+

Finally!

I managed to wear "Skinny Dip" by Ciaté! And I did some stamping over it! YAY! Some of you will remember it. I bought it in April while my No Buy.

Endlich!

Habe ich es geschafft, "Skinny Dip" von Ciaté zu tragen! Und etwas drauf zu stemple! YAY! Einige von euch werden sich noch an ihn erinnern. Ich hatte ihn ja trotz meines No Buys im April gekauft.

LOOK AT DIS COLOR!

Isn't it amazing?! This are three thin layers, because it's a foil and foil polishes always need an extra layer for full opacity. Skinny Dip is fluid but not too much, just perfect.

Atemberaubend , nicht?! Das sind drei dünne Schichten. Foil Lacke brauchen immer einen extra Schicht um vollkommen zu decken. Skinny Dip ist flüssig, aber nicht zu flüssig, genau richtig.

As I looked at these ice creme colored shells by Born Pretty Store I had to think of mermaids. So I painted with acrylic paint a mermaid with lilac hair and a matching shell-top on my accent nail (okay you can only see her half face and her shell-bra)

Beim Anblick der eiscreme-farbenen Muschel Studs von Born Pretty Store musste ich sofort an Meerjungfrauen denken. Also habe ich auf meinen Ringfinger eine Meerjungfrau mit lila Haar und passenden Muscheltop mit Acrylfarbe gemalt (ok man sieht nur ihr halbes Gesicht und den Muschel-BH)

The polish on the other nails is "blue abyss" 02 by RdeL young. It is a ultra marine Jelly. The formula is good, not too liquid and it drys shiny, smooth and at normal speed. But the brush is not so good. I like it better than electriiiiiic ( find it here) by essence, especially because it is not so smelly! On top is the glitter topper 37 by Rival de Loop. The pearls are also by bornprettystore ( I'll show you them in a few days)

Der Lack auf den anderen Nägeln ist "blue abyss" 02 von RdeL young aus der Blogger LE vor ein paar Monaten. Er ist ein ultramariner Jelly. Die Textur ist gut...nicht zu flüssig und trocknet glänze



nd, gleichmäßig und normal schnell. Jedoch finde ich den Pinsel nicht so toll. Er gefällt mir besser als electriiiiiic (findet ihr hier) von essence, vor Allem weil er nicht so schlimm riecht!

Getoppt ist er mit dem Glitzertopper 37 von Rival de Loop.

Die Perlen sind ebenfalls von bornprettystore ( zeig ich euch in den nächsten Tagen)

Today is all about the shells!

The wheel contains 36 pieces in 12 colors. Three of each color. The most are pastel colored except the white, black and shocking red ones.

As you can see the shells are pretty big (5mm*5mm) and thick. The Back is flat. I think they will fit better on the nail, if thy are placed in the middle.

I managed to remove them so clean that I can use them twice. So they worth twice! ;)

Aber heute geht's um die Wurst Muscheln.

Das Wheel enthält 36 Stück, jeweils drei von einer der 12 Farben. Fast alle sind in Pastelltönen gehalten, bis auf die Weißen, Schwarzen und die Knallroten.

Wie ihr sehen könnt sind sie ziemlich groß (5mm*5mm) und dick. Die Rückseite ist flach. Ich denke, dass sie sich besser an den Nagel anpassen, wenn man sie mittig aufklebt. 

Außerdem können die Muscheln gut und rückstandslos von dem RdeL young gel Top Coat abgelöst werden und sind somit nochmal verwendbar. Somit lohnen sie sich doppelt ;)

In my opinion they are still great, because they are so cute and perfect for summer. And a extraordinary shape for a stud.

Meiner Meinung nach sind sie trotz ihre Größe klasse, denn sie sind super süß vor Allem jetzt im Sommer und mal eine andere Studform.

No Buy April Failed oder wie sie es doch in mein Hause geschafft haben

Yes, I broke my no buy...kind of...

My no buy experiment went pretty good until I went to Lübeck (my Birth town and I'm sadly not often there).

There were so many nice polishes at TK Maxx and Karstadt. I could resist at TK Maxx but not at Karstadt. The Karstadt in Lübeck is my favorite one, because every time I'm there Ciaté is on sale.

Out of a crowd of pastel polishes "Skinny Dip" hit my eye. A beautiful orange shimmering nail polish. I was searching it for a long time and there was in my hands... for only 5€... so it needed to come with me. I mean look at it

Ja, ich habe meinen No Buy gebrochen...irgendwie...

Es lief ganz gut mit meinem No Buy Experiment bis ich nach Lübeck fuhr (mein Geburtsort und leider bin ich nur selten da)

Wie immer gab es so viele schöne Lacke bei TK Maxx und Karstadt. Bei TK Maxx könnte ich noch widerstehen, aber nicht bei Karstadt. Der Karstadt in Lübeck ist meine favorisierter Karstadt, weil immer, wenn ich da bin, Ciatés reduziert sind.

Aus einem Haufen von Pastel-Nagellacken sprang mir "Skinny Dip" ins Auge. Ein wunderschöner orange schimmernder Nagellack. Ich war schon seit einer halben Ewigkeit auf der Jagt nach ihm und endlich hielt ich ihn in meinen Händen... für nur 5€...er musste einfach mit. Ich meine schaut euch ihn an 

The blue polish is 919 "Grace Tweed" a white and light blue feather/tweed topper by L'Oreal. Which I got send by them because I've earned some points at their premium system... so I didn't bought it and it didn't broke my no buy with it.

Der blaue Nagellack ist 919 "Grace Tweed" ein hellblau und weißer Feder/Tweed Topper von L'Oreal. Welchen ich zugesandt bekommen habe, weil ich genug Punkte bei ihrem Prämien System gesammet habe... also habe ich diesen nicht gekauft und auch nicht meinen No Buy mit diesem gebrochen.

The last one is a base coat by essence, it is 01 "oh lolli lollipop". I bought it, because I ran out of base coat. I think that was not a no buy break, it was an emergency ;-)

Der letzte ist ein Base Coat von essence, es ist 01 "oh lolli lollipop". Diesen habe ich gekauft, weil mein Unterlack alle war. Ich denke mal, dass das kein Vergehen gegen meinen No Buy ist, da es ein Notfall war ;-)

Finally I can say a No Buy is hard especially when you go in a Karstadt, but doable. Also it was also doable because in April were no Limited Editions that were exiting. Also I saved some money for bigger things. That is why I will do it in June again!

Zum Schluss kann ich sagen, dass es hart ist, vor Allem wenn man in einem Karstadt geht, aber dennoch schaffbar. Außerdem war es machbar, weil im April keine Limited Editions waren, die mich begeistert haben. Dazu hab ich noch ein bisschen Geld gespart für größere Dinge. Und darum werde ich es auch im Juni wieder machen!
