Turn The City Around

Hi little Nailiens,

I don't even know what I was going for… but I like it ;) So today I have sparkly colorful city licorice nail art for you... I don't know why but I have to think of licorice when I look at it...

First I applied a black base color. This black is a peel-off base that I made myself. Simply mix white school glue, a bit of water and black pigments. You can make any color with this little trick.

Then I applied a layer of clear polish and sprinkled on the green glitter flakes (item 24085)*. They are in color 02. Sealed that in and put on the city water decals (item 24090)*. Both items are by BornPrettyStore.com. These are tricky to apply because they are thin stripes and twisted up a lot. Sealed that in again.
